Physical Prints
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please email us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
