Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your print. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Physical Prints

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please email us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

  • If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Doodles Prints, you agree to the following:

  • All artwork remains the intellectual property of Doodles Prints.

  • Prints may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Policy
  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location within South Africa.

  • You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
